I am the founder of Stay Stop now do what you say - a life - shifting moment build from pain, purpose, and power. I speak truth. I inspire change. I help people confront the behaviors that keep them stuck and guide them toward the version of themselves they were always meant to be. The moment was born from the momenst of deep personal struggle when I heard a voice say Stay Stop then came now do what you say And from that moment everything change.my mission is simple help people stay Stopped from toxic cycle before they get started, so they can finally with boldness become honest and phenomenal human being.

Their was couple everyone admire, young, black, successful, that perfect picture, people scroll past with a quiet envy . But behind that picture was a truth no one knew... They were drowning. See, love don't die all at once.. it dies slow . It dies when I love you become I tolerate you. When laughs turn to side eyes . When the bedroom gets cold and the dinner table stays quiet.  They were two strong people.. But their pain was stronger than their love... James wanted to lead . Alisha refused to follow. Alisha wanted to feel safe James didn't know how to give that. They weren't building, they were battling. And the kids? They saw it . Felt it every slam of the door,every argument behind thin walls.. Still they stayed. Not because of love but because of fear. Fear of being alone. Fear of failing, fear of starting over... But sometimes God interrupts your destruction. One night Alisha sat in her car eyes full of tears , hands shaking. James was down the street, park in the dark, same look same pain. And in that moment the radio whispered. Stay Stop now do what you say. Both heard it , both felt it like heaven crack open just to give them one more chance. Stay Stopped from tearing each other down. . There was a time I couldn't explain why I kept doing the things that were breaking me. It wasn't that I didn't know better. It was that something in me.... Moved faster than reason.

Faster than prayer.

I was driven by the moment 

By that quick hit of pleasure,

That reckless word. 

That sudden turn of the wheel, 

That angry reaction I couldn't pull back 

And every time I gave in, it stole a little more of me .

I was a puppet on a string I didn't even see. pull by pain I never heal from. by habits I never face. By lies I told myself just to get through the day but one night my hands were shaking . my mind racing I was on the edge again about to make another decision that would destroy me and I heard it, stay stop ,then, now do what you say ,it wasn't loud but it cut deep and for the first time I stopped before I got started, I breathe, I cried I  stood still in the storm that usually swallow me because stay stop now do what you say isn't just a phrase it's a lifeline it's the split second that save your life ,it's the power to say not this time not anymore and that's when the change begin not overnight but moment by moment impulse lose its grip and purpose grabs your hand
